Welcome to SFA Motorcycle Rentals. By using our website or services in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid motorcycle driving license to rent from us. International customers must provide a valid passport and international driving permit.

2. Booking and Payments

- Bookings are confirmed upon full payment via our website.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Prices include taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Additional charges (e.g., late returns, damages) may apply as per our policies.

3. Rental Terms

- Rentals are subject to availability.
- You agree to use the motorcycle responsibly and comply with traffic laws.
- Fuel costs are your responsibility unless specified.
- Unauthorized modifications or commercial use are prohibited.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at pickup, refunded within 7 days after return, subject to inspection for damages or violations.

5. Liability

- You are liable for damages, theft, or loss of the motorcycle during the rental period.
- SFA Motorcycle Rentals is not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or third-party claims arising from your use of the motorcycle.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate rentals for breach of terms, unsafe behavior, or illegal activity, with no refund.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Chennai, Tamil Nadu courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
