Cancellation and Refund Policy

At SFA Motorcycle Rentals, we aim to provide flexible booking options in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below.

1. Cancellations by You

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time: Full refund (minus 3% payment gateway fees).
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund (minus 3% payment gateway fees).
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before or no-shows: No refund.
- The security deposit amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation, regardless of the timing.

2. Cancellations by Us

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., motorcycle unavailability, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund, including the security deposit, or an option to reschedule.

3. Refunds

- Eligible refunds (excluding the security deposit) are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Non-refunded amounts (e.g., gateway fees, security deposit) are due to third-party charges or policy terms beyond our control.

4. Modifications

Booking changes (e.g., dates, motorcycle type) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact us at least 24 hours prior.

5. Exceptions

Refunds for delays or issues caused by you (e.g., missing documentation, late pickup) are not guaranteed. We’ll review cases individually.
