Reservation and Pickup Process : 
  • Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service. 
  • Please provide accurate information when making a reservation, including the desired pickup and drop-off times.

Late Returns :
     If you need to extend your rental period, please contact our customer service to arrange for an extension. Late returns may incur additional charges, and failure to return the motorcycle on time may result in penalties. Please refer to our Rental Agreement for more details.
 
 Damages and Responsibility:
  •  We expect our customers to treat the rental motorcycles with care. 
  • You are responsible for any damage or loss of the motorcycle during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly. 
  • Always lock the motorcycle when not in use and adhere to local laws and regulations while riding.
Cancellation :
     If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as early as possible. Our cancellation policy and any associated fees are outlined in our Rental Agreement.
