Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>1. Cancellations by You<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time: Full refund (minus 3% payment gateway fees).<br>\r\n - Cancellations made 24\u201348 hours before: 50% refund (minus 3% payment gateway fees).<br>\r\n - Cancellations less than 24 hours before or no-shows: No refund.<br>\r\n - The security deposit amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation, regardless of the timing.\r\n <\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>2. Cancellations by Us<\/h2>\r\n <p>If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., motorcycle unavailability, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund, including the security deposit, or an option to reschedule.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>3. Refunds<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n - Eligible refunds (excluding the security deposit) are processed within 7\u201310 business days to your original payment method.<br>\r\n - Non-refunded amounts (e.g., gateway fees, security deposit) are due to third-party charges or policy terms beyond our control.\r\n <\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>4. Modifications<\/h2>\r\n <p>Booking changes (e.g., dates, motorcycle type) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact us at least 24 hours prior.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>5. Exceptions<\/h2>\r\n <p>Refunds for delays or issues caused by you (e.g., missing documentation, late pickup) are not guaranteed.
