By using our website or services in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>1. Eligibility<\/h2>\r\n <p>You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid motorcycle driving license to rent from us. International customers must provide a valid passport and international driving permit.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>2. Booking and Payments<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n - Bookings are confirmed upon full payment via our website.<br>\r\n - Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.<br>\r\n - Prices include taxes unless stated otherwise.<br>\r\n - Additional charges (e.g., late returns, damages) may apply as per our policies.\r\n <\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>3. Rental Terms<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n - Rentals are subject to availability.<br>\r\n - You agree to use the motorcycle responsibly and comply with traffic laws.<br>\r\n - Fuel costs are your responsibility unless specified.<br>\r\n - Unauthorized modifications or commercial use are prohibited.<br>\r\n - After booking with a local trip, if the plan changes to a road trip, no refund will be initiated.\r\n <\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>4. Security Deposit<\/h2>\r\n <p>A refundable security deposit is required at pickup, refunded within 7 days after return, subject to inspection for damages or violations.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>5. Liability<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n - You are liable for damages, theft, or loss of the motorcycle during the rental period.<br>\r\n - SFA Motorcycle Rentals is not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or third-party claims arising from your use of the motorcycle.\r\n <\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>6. Termination<\/h2>\r\n <p>We reserve the right to terminate rentals for breach of terms, unsafe behavior, or illegal activity, with no refund.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>7. Governing Law<\/h2>\r\n <p>These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Chennai, Tamil Nadu courts.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>8. Changes to Terms<\/h2>\r\n <p>We may update these terms periodically.
