This plain-language summary supports the signed rental agreement. Model, route and booking-specific terms in the confirmed quote still apply.
Rider eligibility
Use 20 years as the conservative minimum for this preview. Legacy product pages say 20 while the legacy Terms page says 18, so the signed policy must resolve the conflict. The primary rider must present an original valid driving licence and accepted government identity document.
Vehicle use
Use the vehicle only for the agreed local or road-trip plan. Unauthorised riders, racing, illegal use and travel outside approved areas are prohibited.
Published rent rules
The public catalogue repeatedly states 100 km per day, ₹5 per extra kilometre and 18% GST applicable. The operator has confirmed the 18% rate. Door delivery is shown from ₹200 minimum one way.
Online payment contains rental plus 18% GST. Delivery is excluded from Razorpay and collected at handover; the refundable deposit remains separate. The renter remains responsible for fuel, fines, late return and attributable damage.
Return and deposit
The legacy return page says late return is charged hourly for up to four hours and then as one rental day. It also says the deposit is returned after the bike is returned without damage or extra-kilometre charges; the legacy Terms page separately says deposit refund can take up to seven days. SFA must confirm the final signed version.
