Rental policy
Pickup and doorstep delivery.
The public contact page identifies branches at Kodambakkam and Karapakkam OMR. Product pages state door delivery and pickup start from ₹200 minimum one way; area, time, route and final fee are reconfirmed. Delivery is never included in online payment and is collected during handover.
Delivery eligibility
Share the complete delivery area before confirmation. Distance, traffic, timing and staff availability may change the fee.
Handover
The verified rider must be present with original documents. Vehicle inspection and agreement acceptance still apply at the delivery location.
