Cancellation and refund handling.
The public legacy product descriptions say there is no refund for cancellation or early return, but they do not provide a complete signed cancellation matrix. This preview does not collect payment and does not invent one.
Before confirmation
An availability enquiry is not a paid booking and may be withdrawn without a cancellation fee.
After confirmation
Do not accept a payment until the confirmed quote states the approved cancellation and date-change terms. Date changes remain subject to physical-vehicle availability and may cause repricing.
Refund tracking
Approved refunds are returned to the agreed channel. Processing time depends on the payment provider; SFA should provide a traceable reference.
