Choose the trip, enter only your name and mobile, and receive a tracked booking reference when a verified physical bike can be held.
1. Choose your plan
Pick a model, dates, Chennai pickup point and the correct local or out-of-city trip type.
2. Hold an available physical bike
The backend rechecks the verified physical fleet when you submit. If a matching unit is free, it creates an overlap-protected 20-minute hold automatically. A hold is not a confirmed booking.
3. Approve terms and payment
SFA confirms the rental total and any delivery due at handover. Online payment is rental plus 18% GST only. Secure Razorpay checkout becomes available only while a verified physical bike is held and the approved payment terms still match the booking.
4. Verify, collect and return
After a captured payment is verified server-side, the hold becomes a confirmed booking. Bring a valid licence and government ID, inspect the assigned unit and accept the agreement.
