Choose the trip, enter only your name and mobile, pay securely and receive a tracked booking under SFA's model-supply guarantee.
1. Choose your plan
Pick a model, dates, Chennai pickup point and the correct local or out-of-city trip type.
2. Reserve the model you selected
SFA guarantees the selected model and creates a 20-minute payment window. When a matching physical unit is already recorded, it is held automatically; otherwise the exact unit is assigned before handover.
3. Approve terms and payment
The published rental total is approved automatically. Online payment is rental plus 18% GST only, and Razorpay opens during the active reservation window. Any delivery charge remains due at handover.
4. Verify, collect and return
After captured payment is verified server-side, the selected model is confirmed. SFA assigns the exact registration-numbered bike before handover. Bring a valid licence and government ID, inspect the assigned unit and accept the agreement.
